Personal Hardship Review is for employees who are experiencing financial hardship due to an unexpected, life-changing event. Applicants must demonstrate why the reduced-fee or no-fee options do not meet their commuting needs. Because this program is intended to help individuals through transitions, fee reductions will only be made one time, and for a period no longer than one year.

Applications are reviewed--and grants are awarded--by THAB (the Transportation Hearing and Appeals Board).
